Bordio - Planner & To-Do List

This app is EXACTLY what I needed for my work schedule. I have to manually enter my appts simply because the line of work I do (substance use disorder counselor) and the software we use to conduct our day to day operations, but it’s still EXTREMELY easy and quick to do with simple, user-friendly settings that make the job quick and easy. It also helps me bring my schedule away from my company laptop. Sometimes life doesn’t happen in front of my desk.

This app fits my needs very well, the functions are exactly what I need. I would say the app design is superb, but not the actual app itself. A lot of bugs, for eg. the recurring task doesn’t work very well, also all the tasks on Sundays just disappear. I have to manually add the Sunday tasks. I tried to fix it by adding task again, but it just makes things worse. These little things add up to my frustration. I hope the bugs can be fixed.

I love Bordio. I was looking for a calendar/task app that is acceptable to my ADHD brain and even though it’s built for businesses it works! I’m so glad I can color code and add notes, I even adapted the workspace/projects to create stepping stones for my personal projects and goals. I do wish it had two things though. I wish it had a full week/month calendar view where I could see just how much of my day was “used” or scheduled to be used and showed the colors of the events on that day. And I wish it had a search function where I could type in “Taxes Due” and find the day that item was scheduled. I feel it would help greatly especially for planning ahead which important in both your personal and professional life. Anyways 7/10 works great but there’s always room for improvement.
