This app has made tracking my blood pressure and heart rate so much easier. I like how I can record my readings daily and see how things change week by week. The charts are clear and easy to understand, and I appreciate that everything stays saved in one place. The reminders are also a nice touch. I removed one star only because the interface could be slightly faster, but overall, it’s accurate, user-friendly, and really motivating to use. Great health app! I also love how it helps me stay consistent with my checkups and notice small improvements over time. Definitely one of the most practical apps I’ve tried.

Really wish there was a place to put notes so that I could remember why I was more stressed than other times. Otherwise I really like that you can see what your stress and heart rate is an energy level that parts really great.

I downloaded this app because I thought that it would also be able to check my pulse oxygenation. Once I downloaded it, I found out that it does not check your pulse ox, and it does not check your blood pressure, it just allows you a way to keep a record of your blood pressure and pulse ox. It does seem to be able to check your pulse rate. However, it takes time in doing so. My watch does it a lot faster. Within a few minutes, I found out that the app did not do what I thought it was advertised to do. I tried to cancel it, and I deleted it from my phone. I found out I was still charged. I applied to iTunes for a refund and it was denied. If you sign up for this app, you are stuck with it.
