I entered my postcode and it showed me restaurants I could order from. I built an order and went to pay and only at the checkout screen did Clyde eats tell me that they apparently don’t service my postcode. Why not just tell me that at the start? I double checked everything. It’s showing me local restaurants but I can’t order. Frustrating.
Fab service. One of my orders was cancelled by a restaurant shortly after placing it as they had closed for the night and forgot to go offline. Received notification on the app and refund immediately so I could reorder elsewhere but also had a courtesy call from Clyde eats to apologise which was such a great touch considering it was not their own fault - would defos use again :)
Will definitely use again when in the area.
