Reflect: Christian Mindfulness

This an amazing app that transports you to a moment in time where you literally feel yourself there with all of your senses picking up on every detail. It’s super well thought out and designed. When I was choosing an app, I purposely didn’t just go with the larger numbers just because they’re larger numbers. I was led to this app by the Holy Spirit and I’m so grateful. Thank you, for designing this app!

I tried a whole variety of Christian mediation apps before stumbling on this one. It’s exactly right! Has a variety of options, from scripture readings to guided meditations to reflections. It’s simple and sound theologically. And just so useable and lovely! I use it every day and it’s been a huge blessing!!

I have honestly downloaded about around a couple dozen Christian/mindfulness apps (such as abide, churchome, etc) and this one is by far the best. The meditations are so simple, spiritually rich, and easy to enter into. The narrator isn’t annoying and the content is just great. Literally can’t say enough about this app.
