PRM Assist

Interesting concept, but you would think that an app designed to book assistance would include accessibility. Using VoiceOver trying to create a request and choosing a service animal radio buttons that aren’t activated with VoiceOver is a bad moment. Tapping on controls on the screen switch tabs. Full of bugs waste of time. Just book your assistance when you book Your ticket or just deal with it at the check-in counter or with the flight crew for a meet and assist at your destination.

I never received my verification code. I tried at least 6 times. Out of that, I received 1 code 18 hours after request. It obviously had expired.

I never received any confirmation regarding my request, the request was made 4 days in advance and a follow up email was sent as well, that was never answered. Additionally the app is not entirely functional, and I thought I had mistakenly downloaded a copy cat scam app because of the misspellings and lack of functionality. This really needs work if people and airlines are going to depend on it.
