Great app, very useful and the council are very responsive when reporting a broken bin or missed collection eg. but the red notification bubble won’t disappear even though I’ve read the notification which is a bit annoying.
Cannot find notifications in the app to read it? Clicking the alert takes you to the app but then it says ‘connection lost’?
The app provides all the information needed except for the tracking part. I checked multiple times on my collection day and apparently the truck was in the same spot on Bellevue road all four times I checked. Times were from 10am until 4:40pm, when I finally saw the truck in my road, although the app still said it was 10mins down the road at the same spot on Bellevue road shown multiple times throughout the day.
