App Profile: Passport NFC Reader

This app lets you read the electronic NFC chip in your passport that contains all your information (including your photo).

Make sure your phone is NFC ready and your passport has the chip symbol displayed, then use your phone’s camera to extract the necessary info to enable NFC access. Place the top part of your phone on your passport and let it scan your data.

View all your info, save your photo and copy/paste any field (such as your passport number). Please note that some data (such as your finger prints or iris photo) can only be read by official authorities.
