First time I downloaded the app to see my results, it threw me out when I clicked on " view". I was told to Re-download the app and try again. Did that. Now it throws me out when I click log in. My.freaking. Blood pressure. Good grief.

This app is what I would call proof of concept. It’s got some of the basic functionality, but lacks important capability and has a UI that needs major work. I use the iOS version which is similarly lacking, but was shocked to see how poorly designed even the logon screen is for the Mac OS version. Given the lack of attention to detail and the poor customer facing presence, I feel nervous about trusting health information on this platform. I hate leaving poor reviews, ut as a software guy feel it important to give honest feedback. You’ve got a lot of work to do. Fortunately for you, there are some far more polished competitive products on the market to get a baseline.
