Developers haven’t set an Associated Domain so users have to search for it each time. 1Password doesn’t know what to suggest. Perhaps more importantly, the ‘App Support’ link just goes to a marketing page - no way or place to enter bug report or request support.

This app is what I would call proof of concept. It’s got some of the basic functionality, but lacks important capability and has a UI that needs major work. I use the iOS version which is similarly lacking, but was shocked to see how poorly designed even the logon screen is for the Mac OS version. Given the lack of attention to detail and the poor customer facing presence, I feel nervous about trusting health information on this platform. I hate leaving poor reviews, ut as a software guy feel it important to give honest feedback. You’ve got a lot of work to do. Fortunately for you, there are some far more polished competitive products on the market to get a baseline.

The app keeps crashing every time I type in my log in information. So I am unable to see my data. Quite frustrating.
