While the monitor itself works well, the app is borderline non-functional. I have only been able to record the heartbeat once, and only under 10 seconds of audio. Beyond that, the whole app crashes. Many of the functions/buttons also just don’t work. Please hire someone to fix your app, because your product itself is great!

This app never works correctly and I bought this device so I could use it with the app. Device works but app never works. The app closes out every time you try to record your baby’s heart beat. The record button on the main screen has never worked once for me. This app is useless and I wish I wouldn’t have bought this

We’ve tried to record the heartbeat several times from both my iPhone and my husband’s Google Pixel and every time the app closes. We haven’t had a single successful recording saved. The device works well, but the app is completely useless.
