Circulate, LLC gives everyone a chance to support black owned businesses in the San Antonio, TX area with ease. This black owned business directory is designed to empower and promote black professionals, entrepreneurs, and business owners.

This platform is an additional way to add positive exposure for the Black community in the San Antonio, TX area. The digital directory is inclusive of professionals, sole proprietors, entrepreneurs, business owners, contractors and more!
