Good app but needs some quality of life improvements. A lot of information exists in pop ups that come up when you hold your finger on a button. But when you do this your iphone brings up the text selection magnification which blocks the info you are trying to read. Besides this and a few other minor bugs it’s a good app

At first the dealer installed the device and it wasn’t on. Dealer said sometimes the switch doesn’t go all the way on. Now that it is on, I set the geolock and don’t get updates when the bike is moved. I updated the date/time and it goes Back immediately to the incorrect date/time. I have called and was told twice that I would get a call back from support but haven’t heard back. I have no idea whether app would be helpful in case of theft. Also, it can for days before updating the location. I have studied the users guide and it doesn’t answer any of these questions. Ready to take it back to dealer for a refund.

Only thing is I wish it had a little something to connect a pad lock or something to to better secure it to the device!! Overall love it and the app!!
