Terribly poor
This bank’s app is the worst I have seen so far. I have been struggling to make transfers but after inputting OTP, the bank will debit you including charges and will still tell you transaction error. This bank can’t be more terrible. I do not recommend it

Mobile app doesn’t work and is not reliable!!
I have not been able to transact via this app for the past 4 days! The bank support is just as terrible as they never reply emails or msgs. Only terrible experiences since I joined this bank. I do NOT recommend.
