I started officiating in 2008 and I remember using Arbiter as our game site company. It was great back then but for some reason, we switched over to Zebraweb years later at it was a horrible experience to say the least. Last year, we back to Arbiter and not only has it been a welcome experience but you guys have gotten even better than before. Now we have everything on one site which is the best thing that could’ve happened to our board. Thank you for providing the best service to us and the other sports and boards involved. Love Arbiter

The app is finally becoming user friendly. The latest updates released in late 2025 have been awesome as far as an officials perspective goes. I can finally scroll the game/event page without it glitching every 10 seconds. The new features for accepting games and seeing who’s paid me is also a great change. Very pleased!
