hi!!! i originally got this app because i saw it had a pretty high rating, even though it didn’t have a lot of ratings. i got the app because i’m a swimmer and i want to improve my core strength and flexibility for swimming. i’ve only had it for a couple days and i LOVE IT. it has everything; goals for stretching/workouts, different kinds of exercises, accessibility to play music, and it is encouraging. i think the best part about it is that it’s completely free! it’s not like other apps that give you one exercise choice and then it’s locked and you have to pay monthly for it. there’s a variety on this app and it’s all free! i would totally recommend this if you’re looking for a stretching app! 💕💕

I’m honestly shocked that this app doesn’t have more reviews. I started using it daily less than two weeks ago, doing a mix of workouts for 20-30 minutes every evening, and I already feel more toned, more energetic, and with fewer muscle knots and pains. It is so easy to follow and I love that you can pick your own playlists and shuffle them for your workouts. I can do this in my own home or while traveling and I just do the exercises in my pajamas barefoot, not limited by weather or gym hours or whatever else I have going on.

Decks was designed for casual, short to medium length workouts at home with minimal equipment. Perfect for working out in your living room, exercise while traveling, or if you don't own any weights.
Decks works with Apple Health, Apple Music, and the Apple Watch. You can sync the app with Apple Health, load playlists from Apple Music, and even control the app from an Apple Watch app.
Decks is designed from the ground-up to cater to everyone who feels intimidated by workout apps. Hardcore users are welcome, but we will always prioritize the needs of the new and inexperienced.
