Always good

My partner and I decided we wanted different cuisine. He ordered from a different takeaway company. He ordered for 19:10 and got it delivered on time. Good food stated my delivery would be at 19:05. They still hadn’t delivered by 20:00. I phoned twice and each time they said it’s on its way, it will be with you in the next 10 minutes. It did not arrive until 20:05, 1 hour late. I have used Good food for years, without a problem. In the last few months this isn’t the first time this has happened, however I have persevered because their food is very good. But their delivery service is absolutely shocking. I’m sorry to say I’ve decided I won’t be using them again. If they are unable to provide a certain delivery time, then they shouldn’t advertise one.

Really disappointed with our food, it all tasted so bland, the korma was watery and tasteless, as was my chicken Bhuna. The peshwari Naan, was just a plain Naan, and the sag paneer, was just spinach, in some kind of tasteless water, we definitely couldn’t see or taste any cheese in it !! Definitely won’t buy from there again.
