Very unreliable App
May be one of the worst App having Tata Title. The picture quality is okay and occupies small space. But the biggest problem is that it frequently gets logged out and unable to log in again. The customer service is so bad that a complaint lodged in July 2024 is still not resolved by December 2024.

Very unreliable
The camera won’t be available when you want to see. Today I see that around 1 and half hour coverage is missing and it did not allow me to live stream during that time. Also, it logs me out of app every 2days once.

Automatically getting logged out and Camera getting disconnected
Hi Team, It’s been long since I told you guys that your product is stupendous but add on services are really poor. I automatically get logged out in your app every 2-3 days and at the same time camera gets disconnected automatically after even having a high speed Wi-Fi.
