I’ve been looking for a good mech app, the fact that it’s a waifu simulator works for me. It could stand to use more frequent content updates, offer a little more to ‘freemium’ players and bring some of the prices down on the premium items - I would be much more likely to spend money on the game is the paid stuff was actually affordable, but what really knocked a star off (almost 2 really) was that it can be a bit buggy at times. Most of the time it’s nothing big, but recently it’s started freezing during animated sequences requiring me to skip them. and that’s a huge problem. Particularly as the animated sequences are so cool. And, as far as I can tell, there’s no stored list of animated secedes you can go directly to to rewatch. I’ve closed the game out and reopened (this can help with the pre-battle sequences, but if there’s one that triggers at the end, I will have to do the fight again and it still freezes) as well as dumping and reinstalling the app, but no luck. This needs to get fixed, seriously.

I’ve been playing for awhile and have invested quite a bit of money in this game. And while I don’t regret it, there are some improvements I wish to see. 1. Better value in the shop. You need to give more crystals. $30 for two draws is criminal. It costs nearly $200 just to max out a unit and get their specialist mech. 2. Crystals are plentiful at the start but are dry in the end game. Most of the successful gachas strike a balance between giving their players a steady stream of premium currency and enticing them with deals that are actually exciting. 3. Balance. PVP. 4. The sequence shop has way too high a price to be viable. Lower the R/N shard requirement by like, 30-40%. 5. Translation is inconsistent. Please work on improving the localization. I want to see this game succeed and I want to continue to invest in it but you have to treat your players better or you’ll lose the revenue

The game is good for what it is. It doesn’t really differ that much from any other gacha game that features all girl units though; as it’s your standard do pulls to recruit characters of different rarities, moving to the right during missions to advance while attacking, level them up and farm resources. The “gear” system is really about the only thing that seems different but in a fundamental level is not that much different from other games as the main difference is it visually shows as your mecha while in missions. My only gripe with the game though is it’s typical predatory spending practices it’s implemented. A prime example being the top up $1 for an SSR unit when the lowest pack is $5. To be fair it does allow new players to at least get one SSR without payment so it’s at least somewhat f2p though it may change down the line but any typical gacha game player will know 1 guaranteed SSR will never get you far enough in games like these. It is absolutely a pay to progress type game.
