Uncorking app
My phone had a glitch and messed up my app with express. Due to older phone and I’m unable to download the latest version fir the app. It says you can load load a version that still will work. When trying I’m unable to get my previous version. Frustrating because I use express to get around. Nobody can help me get it to work again. Should not say you can get an older version and then not be able to. Now I will have yo walk Avery where. Unhappy about it all.

The drivers are very polite but a couple of the dispatchers are rude and unprofessional and shouldn’t be catering to the customers or the community other than that you definitely need more drivers for a steady flow of satisfied customers such as myself. Thank you for your service!!!
