I have used this app freqeuntly since joining the insurance business. It has been a very impactful tool, and easy to use. I have recommended this app to countless agents here in my office. I have easily made over 10,000 phone calls on this application.
The one suggestion that I would recommend is that the developers prescreen the data they have uploaded for people turning 65 in June, I believe they have imported data of people who turned 65 in 2022, rather than 2023. I have encountered many people on the phone who are said to be turning 65 in June of 2023 stating that they turned in June of 2022. This is the only month I have encountered this problem.
And at the time of writing this review, there are no people turning 65 in October and November of 2023 saved in the app. There is data of people turning 65 in December, so I do believe this is a small issue that could be resolved. But this is a fantastic app overall. 9/10

Need more up to date Info. On the people we contact. Some died and some not the right age as well as phone numbers disconnected and some don’t live at that address anymore.

Has some nice benefits to be able contact potential clients. However it is a paid service and it is disappointing when stuff is not working. I have contacted them multiple times about data missing for several of the months and typically don’t get a response. One time I did receive a response saying they would work on it, but a month later it is still has not been resolved. Please provide what you are committing to have for what we are paying for.
