As someone who is a relatively new lifter and is sometimes intimidated by the gym not always knowing the correct form while lifting, this app has really helped me to educate myself on proper lifting technique and makes it less intimidating for me to go to the gym. One thing I particularly like about this app is the muscle diagrams that they show under the workouts so you know exactly what muscles you are working. Unlike other workout apps this app really goes into detail on how to perform that specific exercise so you know you are doing it correctly. I find this so beneficial so you get the maximum out of every exercise and prevent injuries. Everything is so well detailed and explained!! Love it!!

I used to lift a little back in high school for lacrosse and overall be super active. Then when I went to college I got so busy and my workload and grades became my priority on top of my social life. I just wanted to feel better and healthier in my body and knew lifting would be a great way to get there. I don’t have time to figure out what workouts I should do, I basically just wanted a personal trainer but I also don’t have time to figure all of that out. Then my friend, who is a personal trainer, recommended that Planzera is the best option for me. She was right, it is so simple to use and I appreciate knowing it is backed by science.

I love that all Planzera is! The first app I’ve seen that does not lock you into any kind of commitment. Providing a full workout plan for whatever kind of weights, machines, or equipment that you have; or if you have none, they can provide you with workouts for that too! Showcasing the right way to do workouts, along with tips that are common mistakes. I’ve seen a great change in not only my physical appearance, but how I feel overall during and after a workout.
