I’m not sure why there are no reviews yet, this app is great! The instructors are wonderful, engaging and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the modifications they provide in each class to give options for different skill levels and abilities. Chris and Kathryn are so calming and thoughtful. I look forward to learning more and working through the extensive library of videos.

The QUALITY of the classes you get in the membership are super high and comparable to the highest degree of in-person PT. I love the focus on mobility, recovery and technique for the the at home lifter. I wish I had this when I first started!

Strength-based classes taught in a mindful and accessible way to help you move with more confidence. This membership includes weekly live classes and a variety of on-demand classes from 20-60 minutes to build capacity and resilience. Appropriate for all ages, all you need is a resistance band, a weight, and some household items to participate. Sliding scale pricing available through our website mindfulstrength.ca
