I’ve been having an emergency, I tired to transfer money to another account I got debit but the transfer is still pending, they says it doesn’t take more than 24hrs it’s already 33hrs and I need this money badly, the customer service kept saying they push my issue to the appropriate team, but the transfer is still pending, and I need it urgently. What bank doesn’t have instant transfers in this current times???? I’m disappointed, frustrated and depressed … I regret using this app

Customer service is one thing I appreciate in every brand while Vesti customer service is exceptional. Though I never had issues funding or verifying my account but I had issues paying my application fee. I contacted the customer service representative, she responded with swift prompt and forwarded my case to the appropriate team, a proposed solution was made and I paid for my application without any third party. If you have issues paying for international application fees, kindly do well to contact Vesti support team they are always ready to help.
