After you go through 20 pages of signups and manually entering credit card credentials and email and phone in the 2025 world of Apple Pay, you find out the hotel you booked specifically for the free EV charging wants 0.45cents per kilowatt hour, and it can only be used from 8pm-8am. Thank god there’s a supercharger right next door. This is burning my goodwill towards holiday inn as well. I hate being lied to and nickel and dimed

After a few reasonable and expected steps we set up an account in a few minutes. Charged overnight for FREE and we are ready to on with our trip without sitting at a charging station for an hour+. Time is money and gold on vacation. We will be back to this property and will look for similar properties before we book in the future.

Once I created my account it’s super easy to use the network. They were very helpful getting my account set up when I called in. They made sure everything got working and my car started charging. Great customer service.
