This service came just at the right time for me. We’ve been tied down at home because of a medical situation and this service has made life so much easier without having to worry about returns. They’re prompt, efficient and friendly. Not to mention, better for the environment. I hope the service continues to be this good.
But if you’re using the service I wouldn’t recommend waiting till the last day to request a return, as it can sometimes take a day or two for them to pick up and return a package.

I saw this on Instagram and thought why not try it. It has been such a great service and time saver. Don’t even think about it just sign up and you’ll be so happy you did. I’ve had to work with Stephanie and customer service before and they both are amazing at helping me fix some of the mistakes I’ve made filling out the return process. Most of the time it’s super easy but returning stuff from Christmas was a little complicated and they made it so easy.

I tried this by chance during the holiday period. People are super nice and extremely helpful, the service is super simple and easy to use. As a father of two toddlers this saved me a lot of time packing, printing and shipping that I can now use to play with them.
Of course the app has improvements to be made (hello editing a return after you initiate it 🙂) but it will come, and I’ll be here to see it.
