Rdio Scanner

I love this app. But lately have had issues of it getting stuck while using on my iPad. I even replaced my iPad thinking it was the issue. It will work and then all of a sudden I will no longer be hearing radio traffic and look over it will have either the blue or red light lit up and no sound. I turn off and on and it may work for another second or so then does the same thing. I have relaunched the app, rebooted both the old and new iPad, reset both etc still happening.

With the latest version released yesterday, the connection is still lost if paused or live turned off and the app is backgrounded (but not closed) for a few minutes. When you bring the app back up and try to go live or search, it just has the loading line forever. The app really needs reconnect logic. Also, with the simultaneous audio app change (where you can play other audio/video with RDIO still going), I can no longer see the radio call on CarPlay or my Lock Screen to know which TG is playing.

I am running a server and have friends accessing it via this app… This makes it so they can save their talk groups and still hear calls when the app is not in the foreground. It would be cool to add a public server section and have a setting on the server to allow public. This way people can list their servers. It is a hard sell for the subscription though… I think if it was 25 dollars a year people would gladly pay for it and help support. Thank you for all your hard work!!!
