I have had it for about 8 months and it seems to be getting worse rather than better with updates. They have added a password, now uses cloud which makes it slower, having issues with identifying the active subscription making it less dependable. Great when it works, frustrating when it doesn’t.

The app is great when it works. Crashes frequently though. When trying to look up or select a CPT or search for a Procedure it will show a result for about 1 sec and then all the results will disappear as if the search results are nil. Also when selecting “add case/save case” the case may or may not show up…
As of now very frustrating, but I’m hopeful with feedback it could be fixed… easily a $10 app if it worked reliably.

It was great before. Then an update and now I have to sign in with password that never works. I have had to reset my password every time. Won’t use my Face ID. You have to push add more times. It’s was way more streamlined before. I have no private information on it. Don’t know why I need password sign in. Very frustrating because I paid for the year!
