I have a child with dysgraphia, and while pencil and paper provide a kinesthetic feedback not matched with a stylus, the feedback from this app can provide coaching for improvement. My one complaint is that it does not have the d’nealian cursive font. It has 15ish handwriting styles to choose from, including d’nealian print, but not the cursive style taught in most American schools.

My son has had handwriting difficulties every since he learned how to write. As a result, making him work on his handwriting has always been an arduous task since he thoroughly dislikes it. We heard about Dynamilis through some friends and gave it a go, and now he can’t let go of it and working on his handwriting has become a pleasure and even a source of pride for him when he manages to finally crack one of the games! Even my daughter, who has no particular issue with her handwriting, is hooked. It‘s based on years of scientific research, it‘s doctor-recommended, it‘s fun, and it’s moderately priced - we’re really happy we stumbled onto Dynamilis and we could not recommend it highly enough!
