The cars have much space and most of the drivers are very nice and easy on the turns. Sometimes in the afternoon it can be very hard to get a ride because everyone is using it for work but other than that it’s still pretty easy to get a ride. Also shout out to Jorge.
I’ve taken transit about 10 to 15 times now and every single time I’m happy with the results! For example, the transit I took today had a very friendly driver, I accidentally put in the wrong address, but he was able to drive me to the right place either way!!! he went out of his way to make sure I got home safely. And I’m very grateful. I’m extremely appreciative to all the hard work that they put in every day. It really means a lot to be able to get where you need to go with only a few buttons! PS thank you so much!!
On multiple occasions I have been picked up by the micro drivers and they go in the complete opposite direction of where I’m headed. The drivers are terrifying to ride with again on multiple occasions the drivers have driven on the completely wrong side of the road, swerved in and out of their lanes and are extremely timid when entering traffic. The pickup/dropoff locations are super inconsistent and the car is often a 5 minute walk from where you tell them in the app. Other than the fact that these rides are free the whole situation is a disaster
