BillOut - Bill Tracker

Hello. Recently, many of my bills had the autopay feature turned on without me manually choosing it. I had to go over all my bills because there were bills marked as paid that were not deducted from my bank account because they were never paid. I had to mark many bills unpaid. Please look into this. Thanks. P.S. : The option to email you via the website keeps giving me an error even after restarting my iPhone! This bill tracking app is great once you get used to it. It has the ability to track more bills in different time frames (filters) than other apps. NEVER seen that in other apps I’ve used. Slight learning curve, but not too great. The simplicity of this app is exactly what I was looking for! Lets you see more bills due at once in a simplified interface. Any upgrade to this app would be welcomed!👍👍👍

I needed an inexpensive way to track my bills since Prism is shutting down. I found this app to be very useful. BillOut has a nice long trial period to test the premium version out. Since my trial is about to expire, I purchased the premium version today. Very affordable and easy to use. One suggestion for now - maybe make it a tad easier to toggle from month to month. There’s a way to do it, but a quick one step process would be helpful, especially at the end of a month when you want to see what’s up ahead for the next week or so. But overall - a great app that will keep getting better!

When I set the app up it made no mention of a subscription service. I noticed that in my profile it said premium. I thought this was odd since I did not see anything asking if I wanted to sign up for a subscription or any pricing. I checked my subscription in settings on my phone it did not list even a free trial for this app. Finally I tapped on where it said premium and it brought me to a screen that has 2 options freemium and premium. It said there was a 60 day free trial for premium, but how they plan to charge after the free trial is unclear because free trials are normally listed under subscriptions in your phone settings. When you switch to the free service it does remove some of the features, so if it appears you have all features and can list more than 7 bills then you are set up on the premium service.
