Features
1) Seamlessly transforms into different types of engines

Select from Radial to V-type, or V-type to inverted V-type, etc., and watch the running engines transform over continuous CG animation.
You can enjoy watching pistons, connecting rods, camshafts, valves, and many other parts rotate, separate, and combine to make a variety of engine forms.


2) Engine sound and throttle control.

Developed in technical collaboration with Sound Design Lab, the developer of the innovative engine sound application "RealEngineSim", based on the SDL method of engine sound synthesis, this new feature brings a new level of engine sound synthesis for aircraft.

You can experience realistic and powerful engine sounds include, of course, the different numbers of cylinders, the difference between air-cooled and liquid-cooled engines, and the interference sound caused by the rotation of propellers.

In addition, a sophisticated aircraft engine physics model is available in this new version.
It calculates the engine speed based on the engine torque and rotational resistance due to the air resistance depending on the diameter and number of propellers in real time.

3) Cutaway mode

You can view the inside of the air-cooling fins and crankcase of the running engine by cutting them horizontally and vertically in real-time.


4) Engine start-up mode

Turn the starter handle manually, increase the speed of the inertia starter and contact the clutch! In this mode, you can virtually experience the engine start-up procedure.


5) Machine gun mode

In this mode, you can test-fire the "Type 97 aircraft machine gun" of the "Sakae" engine installed in the Zero fighter, the "MG 151/20" of the "DB 601" engine installed in the "Messerschmitt Bf 109".

You can also learn how the propeller synchronize system works in super slow motion.
