Hypnosis: Visual Sleep Sounds

I am interested in this app, but the one thing I am most intereated in is its smoke quitting session. I have listened to it for about I week, now I smoke less than before, hope one day I quit smoke completely.

I downloaded this app last month after I was diagnosed with severe anxiety because nothing else was working. After 2 weeks I felt that my anxiety has reduced a lot. At the very beginning, I can calm down when I listen to it, then my calming period lasts longer and longer. You just gotta believe, no negative vibes.

I have really hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. I could lay in bed for about 3 hours before falling asleep but with this I fall asleep quickly and sleep great waking up once or not at all. Highly recommend this for anyone that has a hard time sleeping or even a hard time relaxing.
