Unfortunately most people today eat alone more than together. Majority lonely eating is a sad line we crossed in 2014 and eating has only become more lonely since then. And it isn’t good for us. There is no traditional food culture in the whole world where the tradition is to eat alone. And science says loneliness can negatively impact our health as much as smoking.

Luckily, we made the Social Stomach app to help nudge you back into more human habits around food. More social eating is one of the easiest ways to feel more happy and satisfied with your life, especially if you’ve succumbed to the modern trend of eating alone too much.
