The Black Iron Nutrition app is available for current BIN coaching clients, it requires an active account. The app is meant to make the check-in process much easier and faster each week!

View your dashboard, check-in, sync macros, keep track of habits, weigh in, track progress, view resources/FAQ, and communicate with your coach at the palm of your hand!

Apple Health Integration:

• Sync your steps, resting heart rate, and sleep analysis to your weekly check-ins. This gives your coach more details about your activity level and recovery so that they can better customize your plan.

• Sync your macronutrient intake and food diary to your check-ins. This allows you to use any macro tracking app that supports Apple Health, as opposed to just MM+ and MFP.

• Sync your body weight. This saves you from entering your weight manually, and gives you an average weight for each check-in period.
