Madhouse13 - Room Escape Game

i’m an avid fan of all things horror and i love puzzles, so after playing all the rusty lake games, this scratched the same itch! i enjoy it a lot, but sadly i won’t be finishing it due to the very flawed courage system. while i understand it’s purpose, (to stop people from spamming to get through puzzles), it is incredibly frustrating for some puzzles. rapid tapping results in losing courage, but for some puzzles, rapid tapping is just how it needs to be done (EX: the plank stacking puzzle). once you need to watch two adds every time the game decides you’re going to fast, it is no longer worth it.

Has good horror aspects, nice puzzle solving, and a mostly cohesive story. Not full 5 stars for some shotty English translations and because if you do need a tip, sometimes they tell you what you already know and are already attempting without any other important information.

Although the game is fun it gets annoying trying to take time to solve the puzzles while there’s the spirt popping up on u, taking the courage away. As well as tapping on the screen multiple times seeing that the courage goes away from tapping to many times. If the courage hearts were taken away allowing people to be able to use there brains and take time to figure it out then it will be a lot better
