Such an impractical and poorly designed app. Any minor mistake, unbeknown to anyone what that mistake is prior to submitting, the app deletes all your progress. Simple mistakes like wrong date, to many hours, apparently not logged in and numerous other minor inconveniences. We get no explanation, no help, no tutorial, no nothing. No to mention all the other flaws, but it seems this app was designed by a 10 year old. I haven’t heard of anyone having a smooth experience. For something as simple and ticking a bunch of multiple choice options it couldn’t be any harder to use. Unfortunately for everyone using this app we have no choice but to persevere.

This profiling app has too many bugs to work properly. After submitting a card and setting the card back to a draft, it just disappears. There’s no option to add a supervisor from the app. There is an option to select a workplace but every time I click it, the app crashes immediately. Complete waste of my time overall. Needs some urgent TLC.

Where to start? If you have training or holidays there is no way to input except for pretending you’ve worked and fudging the cards. It will sometime reject that you have done your whole card with a very unhelpful comment and delete all your progress, which takes 5-10mins each week. Supervisor names are randomly listed so you have to painstakingly scroll through and read every single one. The app will not tell you when it needs an update but will instead decide to just reject everything you do. Anyone who has worked on motors will understand that you don’t know, nor is it written in the motor manual, how the motor is wound yet it’s a question you have to answer every week. This app is THE MOST FRUSTRATING thing of my entire work week. Whoever created it has obviously never left their mothers basement.
