The settings available on this app are very basic—a design showing its age of 4+ years. All other apps have been modernized to include notifications, contacts, etc.
More importantly, two factor authentication using SMS is not reliable outside Portugal. Other banking apps use QR codes and auto-generated security codes that are extremely reliable. One example is the Santander do Brasil app. No need to go any further, just copy their app!

The app is frozen and doesn’t work, I tried uninstalling and installing and nothing happened, I shut down my phone and turned it back on and nothing happened. It’s telling to scroll down and read the general conditions of use but it’s frozen, nothing works
