This is a lucky machine commonly seen in Japan, called a garagara. Only one of the many spheres placed inside the rotator is taken out at random.
Before starting the lucky, the number of winners and losers is determined, and the number of balls to be drawn is determined.
By turning the lucky machine, only one lucky ball will be taken out, and you will get the winning right corresponding to the color of the lucky ball.
