Everything runs smoothly. This is much more convenient than opening my Signatera portal on a web browser. Love being able to check on patients from my phone and see results. The Signatera Portal app is a big convenience and great service.

The mobile version of Natera loads really awkward, it's not meant to use in mobile browsers. So i downloaded the app in hopes of better accessibility but was sadly mistaken. The app does not offer sign in options thru Google which is how I created my account when i originally signed up. Now my only option is to pull out a laptop (highly inconvenient for on the go) and sign into the desktop version. I hope adjustments are made to this app soon because I have no choice but to use this company to get all my genetic prenatal testing. Natera is the only service my provider offers for genetic testing & now i'm stuck frustrated with the lack of accessibility to this website and app.
