Good App, Bad Pricing
I really like the look and feel of this app, and it stands out from others with its interface. I like how the video viewer has realtime preview, and the overall look feels more like a file manager, which I like. The price is the only thing that stops me from using it, since it does not compare well to other competitors. Others range anywhere from 10-15 dollars per month for 2TB of storage, whereas this app charges 20 per week for the same amount of storage. That is way too high, and does not compete well. So I like the look and feel, but the price does not do it for me.

Can’t get live support!!
I can’t get live support!! I had to wait until support person to email me back. Getting help setting up and answers to questions taking at least 2 weeks. I like the product.
