This app kept my credit card details on file and continuously charged my account after I had cancelled it. Upon reaching out to support, they claimed that I did not cancel. I am certain that I cancelled prior to the free trail ending as I am diligent in doing so. My account was INACTIVE for 3 months and then all of a sudden was set to ACTIVE. From then-forth, it began charging me $42 per month! I didn’t catch this for 3 months, therefore I ended up with a total of $126 charged fraudulently. Support is not helpful nor owns this charge error. Why would my account restart 3 months after cancelling? Even if I didn’t cancel, wouldn’t the charges occur right after…not 3 months later? Also, nowhere in their pricing is $42 per month an option. It is a random amount being charged to accounts. I have read other reviews with this same price wrongfully charged to their account as well. This company is a major scam and has been reported to my bank.

I randomly got a trial for this app because it was inexpensive and I thought worth trying. I understand how trials like this rope you into a subscription that charges you monthly if you don’t cancel, which is why I went into the app a couple of days after I signed up for the trial to cancel any ongoing subscription. At that time, my subscription status was listed as “inactive”, so I thought that was really cool that they didn’t try to make me sign up for something that I didn’t necessarily want…NOPE. A few weeks later, my card gets charged $42, and lo and behold, my subscription status now says “active”. I immediately emailed customer service to try to get the situation resolved, have since sent a follow-up email, and have not yet received a response; this was 3 weeks ago. I have cancelled my subscription and taken a screenshot of the “cancelled” status, in case there’s recurring charges. Now, after looking at other similar reviews, I’m thinking I should probably cancel the credit card that I used altogether. The kicker is that I haven’t even had an opportunity to try the app yet, and maybe I would have wanted to sign up for a subscription, but now I want nothing to do with it. What a scam, don’t even bother.

I’ve only had this app for three days but I’m enjoying it. I saw a chance to upgrade for a good price so I took it but now I’ve lost my 27 days that were already paid. I joined for one month and paid with PayPal but upgraded with iTunes. Now my account will expire one year from today, with no mention of the money I paid for the first month. Maybe that was taken into consideration when the cheap yearly price was offered, I don’t know, but that wasn’t made clear. I guess the offer was for both payments for the year but I wish I’d have waited until my month was nearly up.
