Terrible customer service
Signed up for the free trial, visibility was limited. Paid for access, greatly disappointed. Customer service is horrendous and impossible to get in touch with anyone. Does anyone here have a phone number? What kind of fly by night operation is this.

Pricey and Disappointing
I tried the free trial, but really just wanted this app to give me a notification for when I make a sale, which to me isn’t worth $90 bucks a month. And freaked out when I saw there was no way to cancel the automatic subscription without contacting customer service. Will use the Seller Central app instead.

Tried to charge you like a large subscription based company with 0 benefits to your business. Only for beginners who can’t do proper mathematics or don’t have a decent excel skill level.
