This app used to work well for reporting issues to the city. And they were typically addressed quickly too, thank you! But the app is no longer working. Report submissions fail due to “network connectivity” issue. Tried multiple times from different accounts.
App is no longer working. Getting error “Due to network/server issue we are unable to process your request. Please try again” even though I am connected to WiFi or cell signal.
Every time I open this app to report or something it talked like a minute to load then it goes into the app download page to open the app. There should be so many more options to submit. Like some people going around looking into peoples car.
