This app has such an evolving and extensive library, it’s amazing! though I practice several sessions repeatedly, (because they are so beneficial and intentionally delivered) I’m so grateful to see continuous classes and instructions being offered regularly! The Caley Alyssa app has such a variety of modalities and practices that I feel supplied in my daily rituals, and I am also always learning something! It is a gift to receive from such a dedicated practitioner, and I trusted Caley instantly after taking a class of hers. So grateful this app exists and has helped me develop such a strong yoga nidra practice, and beyond! Thank you, keep it flowing!!! 🙌🫶🧚♀️

This is by far the best yoga/fitness app on the market. The most important thing about yoga is inspiration. Caley Alyssa inspires beautiful inspiration/lifestyle/mind body connection beyond imagination. If you’ve ever thought about a fitness app this is the one that will get your brain and body into perfect balance. It’s better than five stars! You can choose all sorts of different workouts for any mood you are feeling. Get into prime shape or relax so you can put your body in a deep restful sleep….Fine-tune your stretches and strength or engage in a very challenging work out..:: So happy this is finally on the market. The perfect yoga app has made it to the USA.

I have practiced yoga nidra over the past three years (in this lifetime) and it has transformed my life. There are few teachers that integrate astrology and meditation without needing to intellectualize the info. Caley Alyssa does a fantastic job of offering practices that are accessible for all. The app is organized and super easy to use. Lay down, close your eyes, press play. Everyone can do that. Yoga nidra allows you to quiet your monkey mind and tune into your subconscious. Get out of your head and into your power. Isn’t technology fun?
