I want to update the declaration for covid-19 risk for my convocation but it told me to update to newest version but I already downloaded the latest one. please help me fix this issue

Wasting my time! Apps keep loading and most of the time got issue with iphone. Not user friendly, giving all people hard time. An apps should ease everyone job but this apps make everyone do double triple job. Seems like it is easier if do it manually (obviously this is a sign that this apps is fail), lol. Please upgrade this apps accordingly. So many thing to improve.

I tried to re-login to guide my colleagues how to use the app. But suddenly, it doesn’t work. The app keeps telling me there’s a network issue even if I put the correct input. I tried log in outside the campus facility using my mobile data. Does it require unisza wifi network to get access to the app?
