Another year gone by and many of the main issues haven’t been solved. The summary numbers in circles are still horrible. Uploading photos on the road still almost always fails. Sometimes you are uploading photos to a listing with “no photos”, only for lots of photos to show up on the ipad version of the app! So don’t assume you automatically see what you are supposed to. It can take ages to refresh the listings over mobile, and often needs to do so daily. For anyone who’s had enough, try CamperMate, which was the dna for the old NZMCA app and still carries all the same benefits.
When this app is working as intended it’s great but I agree with the other comments that the locations disappear and the only way to get them functioning again is to delete the app and reinstall it. Frustrating. It’s a problem being ignored if you read comments on the NZMCA Facebook page. It would be great if the developers would sort this.
I never had any issues with the previous version of the app but this one cannot get past the initial photo of the motorhome page. It just spins the timer continuously and will never enter the app. Every time I have to delete it, go back to the App Store and download it again, sign in again and then it opens. I note another reviewer has said the same so I am not alone. I am using an iphone12 which should be one of the devices you test on. It’s really not good enough and very disappointing.
