Save your time, and go to other apps! Sent requested documents for verification, and rejected for no reason. Customer service just kept on asking you to send another documents, and could not even specify what’s not correct! I told them my document was exactly what they asked, then, the reject reason came to ‘regarding our internal policies’! If you asked what’s internal policy, reply was ‘we are unable to share the details….’

DO NOT INSTALL THIS. They keep asking for the same information over and over. It takes them weeks to respond to your query and ask to send the same documents again and again. Trust the rating guys, stay away

Im a normal user of Bankera and sadly one day they blocked my funds requesting information of source of funds, after provided my funds are still on my account. Be aware!!!
