DICV Truckonnect

A recent update for the app made what was a perfectly working app to a mess. Now every time I open the app it asks for login information and if you select view on vehicle summary the app shuts down. DICV can do a much better job if it invests on telematics solutions and provide European standards to Indian market. I must say you need a skilled team to work on the UI and features and what you provide is far below completion.

App isn’t working from last 7-8 months properly it’s not exact location of truck. It’s just not reliable

Its asking for login every 3-4 minutes after the new update and it’s very time consuming to do multiple factor authentication for every 5min solve the issue as soon as possible and live tracking of the vehicle is also not working
