App Profile: Wish Laundry

Wish Laundry Customer is a customer facing app for communities and ventures where they have daily laundry for - washing & ironing.


We approach the community or apartment complexes, and they distribute our app to all the apartment members.

- Every house hold member in the apartment, registers and get OTP verified
- They subscribed to one more more recurring services - laundry & ironing.
- Our service team reaches to their house at agreed upon time.
- Some times, the members can cancel the pickup service based on their availability


- Our service team comes to your door step at the agreed scheduled time
- Take all the garments & note down all the services to be done.
- Service team take the garments and drop them at factory unit /service unit.
- Service team at factory work on the garments, complete the services, and mark them as ready


- System will send the notification to the customer, intimating them about the readiness
- Customer now logs in the app, asks the team member for get it delivery
- Customer can check the past orders, current order status, cost of the current order etc.

- Customer check the outstanding balance
- Pay it to the service executive comes to the door step
- Customer can review the service at any point of time.
