Student Mobile App

If i had the option to choose ZERO STARS, I would have. AWFUL app. I pay a lot of money attending school and I should be able to see my status, grades, financials, progress reports, updated corrected hours. The fact that the reviews have been the same reviews for years now and this company allows that to happen….shame on schools for continuing to use this app when every student has issues with the app.

I am currently attending school. Students at my school cannot see their hours after November 2024, and we are entering April 2025 in a short week. Multiple students have brought this issue to the administrators' attention, yet the admin blames the app, not them. As a school based on hours of completion, we deserve to see how many hours we have completed and how many hours we have to go daily. We students are left with nothing and no customer service number or email. Which is it: my school's fault or your app engineers?

This is beyond frustrating when your in school and clocking hours and you can see where your at or your grades as you move up only thing we can do is clock in and out last time this app was working right was September the first week then it stopped we need to see our progress and what we have left to do in school fix the app because it’s not fixed our whole school is having this problem and our other school as well beyond sad please fix your app
