Amazing delivery company imo, a lot of these reviews I believe are outdated, food always arrived on time and they are always polite and helpful when I need them to be

Used for a year now, food always turns up & great customer service if I’ve had any issues, can always speak to someone rather than a bot! Better than the other 3 big delivery apps

This is the second time we’ve had issues. First time they took our order and money, but nothing turned up. We then found out ourselves that the store was closed due to refurb and they said they had notified Waterlooville eats a couple of times but they were still taking orders! The second time, we ordered, waited 2 and a half hours for our order. I received a call from someone from Waterlooville eats to say they’d sent a few drivers to the restaurant and the food wasn’t ready. Phoned the restaurant who said food was sitting waiting!! Driver then arrived and said “sorry I’m late, I had a flat tyre so had to wait for my dad to pick me up and bring me to you” Also I was told by Waterlooville eats that they’d be emailing me a money off voucher. This never turned up. I’ve contacted them 3 times since and have been ignore. Very poor way to run a business.
